salt springs neighborhood boundary petition

Residents: Do you believe you live in the Salt Springs Neighborhood? If you live between Salt Springs Road and East Genesee Street, officially you do not!

The Salt Springs Neighborhood Association (SSNA) is petitioning the City of Syracuse to expand the official boundaries of Salt Springs Neighborhood to include that area, matching "Salt Springs" as defined in the Syracuse Housing Strategy, and for other reasons.

While it is significant for any resident of the larger Salt Springs to sign the petition, the Department of Neighborhood and Business Development particularly wants to see signatures of those who live between Salt Springs Road and East Genesee Street.
